These patterns were designed for hand-spun wool, and written for two weights DK and Worsted. If you live in the West Kootenays of B.C. Canada you can purchase Marlene Chrysler's hand dyed/hand spun yarns. Two of her yarns Random and Shades and Stripes were used to create these vests and booties. Of course any DK or Worsted weight yarn can be substituted.

Sizes: Small: newborn to 6 months Medium: 9 to12 months Large: 18 months Actual width around chest when blocked: 50 (54, 60) cm, 20 (21, 23) inches.
